Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for orders over $100. A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $100.
Most destinations in Australia receive deliveries within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 7 working days. NB: for orders placed between 21st December and 7th January, please allow additional time. Delivery times notified to the Customer are estimates only and Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd is not responsible for late or non-delivery.
Shipments are only available Australia-wide and with Authority to Leave. Authority to Leave means the Customer gives permission to the Seller for the product to be left at the requested address, whether anybody is available to accept the delivery or not. Please ensure that you provide an address that can accept a delivery during normal business hours. At this time we do not ship internationally.
If the Customer requests the Seller to postpone delivery of the Product beyond the delivery date or dates specified in the order, the Seller may agree to do so if the Customer pays an additional fee for such postponement and for storage charges. All Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd Products are supplied on a delivery-only basis.
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen products that are addressed incorrectly due to misinformation given on the order form, or where the Customer is not available to accept the delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product. Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd will exchange a faulty/defective product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party, or by fair wear and tear.
If you need to cancel/change your order, please contact us immediately at hello@bahe.com.au; we may be able to cancel/change your order if it has not yet been shipped.
To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorization number by email. Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number, and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to hello@bahe.com.au. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorization number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.
If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees. If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced and postage and/or handling will be paid for by Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd.
Cancellations: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases so please ensure you select your product(s) carefully.
