Everything I could wish for!
I love it!
It is strong and supportive but soft enough for the knees.
I tried it outside in the wind - everyone else’s mats blew away but not the Bahe Power hold !

Love it!
I'm in love with the BAHE Power Hold! After trying numerous top-tier brands, ALO is the only one that truly stands out to me. The BAHE Power Hold not only meets their high standards but does so at a more affordable price. As a very satisfied yogi customer, I couldn't be happier
